Maureen Murnane Career Guidance (hereafter referred to “we”, “us”, and “our” provides www.maureenmurnane.ie. We encourage prospective clients to read Maureen Murnane Career Guidance’s terms and conditions, prior to any purchases.

1. The “We”, “Us”, “Our” - this refers to Maureen Murnane, Career Guidance, Gurteen, Bantry, Co Cork.
   
   
2. “Client”, “Your”, “You” - this refers to the individual purchasing from Maureen Murnane that intends to attend a 1:1 guidance session or training event or become a member of our online membership programme (Maureen Murnane Guidance).
   
   
3. “Booker” - this refers to the person making the booking with Maureen Murnane, on behalf of a client attending the course.
   
   
4. “The Website” - this refers to the ie www.maureenmurnane.ie
   
   
5. “Terms and Conditions” - this refers to the terms of usage and conditions under which all purchases are pursued and the website is utilised.
   
   
6. “Booking Form” - this is an agreement between Maureen Murnane and its clients, with regard to prospective delivery of services.
   
   
7. “Working Days” - this refers to days between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
   

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of Maureen Murnane. The Client agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, hire, lend, or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference. Maureen Murnane warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without licence, consent, or attribution.

1. The website, including content, design, organisation, layout, and software code are subject to intellectual property rights that are owned by Maureen Murnane.
   
   
2. The re-use of illustrations, photographs, diagrammes, or videos featured on Maureen Murnane’s website, without attribution, is prohibited under all circumstances. The deletion or alteration of proprietary rights is prohibited under all circumstances.
   
   
3. All products and services of Maureen Murnane without limitation are subject to intellectual property rights. Therefore all intellectual property belongs to Maureen Murnane, its related companies, its affiliates, or suppliers.
   
   
4. The use of Maureen Murnane’s name or logo is prohibited under all circumstances, unless prior written consent is obtained from the Company.
   
   
5. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, download, modify, display or prepare derivative works based on, repost, transmit, or otherwise use any of the intellectual property of Maureen Murnane’s website or course materials. The information on this site is provided “as is” and without any warranties.
   
   
6. Maureen Murnane does not accept responsibility of content of any third party sites that may be referenced by Maureen Murnane. The following activities are strictly prohibited: use of robots, material dissemination, other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy the site of any of its content or the replication of this site to any server.
   

1. All pricing quotations are only valid for 30 days from the date that they are first sent to the client. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business and of the training industry.
   
   
2. Prices listed on correspondence, brochures, leaflets, and materials belonging to Maureen Murnane are not legally binding due to anticipated price fluctuations; they are advisory at the time of public dissemination and do not constitute as part of a legal agreement.

1. 1:1 guidance and course fee(s), are payable in full immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
   
   
2. Once a partial or full payment has been processed, over the phone or on the website by the following methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, American Express, Cheque or Bank transfer, the Client will adhere to Maureen Murnane’s terms and conditions, irrespective of a booking form having been signed. 
   
   
3. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the person that approved the purchase of a product, has the correct purchasing authority.
   

Cancellations made by Maureen Murnane:

Maureen Murnane reserves the right to cancel, move, and reschedule a session or training event due to circumstances that are beyond Maureen Murnane’s control, such as trainer illness or low attendance. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact and notify clients of any alterations to their session or training event and a rescheduling of the session will be offered with the Client’s consent.     

Client Cancellations:

If a client cancels a 1-1 training session within 48 hours of the scheduled time we reserve the right to not provide a refund or reschedule the session.

No deviation from these terms and conditions will be allowed without the express written permission of a Director of Maureen Murnane. No communication either verbal or printed on our websites will override these Terms and Conditions. If, in any case, any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply, the contract and the other conditions shall remain in force and effect.

1. All Client and Company information that is disclosed to Maureen Murnane will be kept confidential. Such information will not be disclosed by Maureen Murnane to any third party organisations or individuals.
   
   
2. Such information shall only be disclosed to employees that require such knowledge to conduct their role at Maureen Murnane. Such individuals are subject to legally binding obligations of data protection and confidentiality.
   
   
3. Maureen Murnane shall not be liable for the disclosure of any Client or Company information that is readily available in the public domain, or if dissemination is agreed in a legally binding written approval document.
